Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Azris. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Azris.
The service
Azris is an AI research and briefing copilot that generates structured summaries ("briefs") from the input you provide. Briefs are informational and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
Don't use Azris to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate harmful or deceptive content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
AI output
AI-generated briefs may contain errors or omissions and can be out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them. Azris makes no guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
Intellectual property
Azris and its software, design, and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us the limited license needed to process it and provide the service to you.
Plans and payment
Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and plan details are shown on our site and may change. Any paid terms will be presented to you before you are charged.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azris will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
